OctoPi 0.17.0 on RPi 3B not working

Hi to everyone,

I'm trying to setup a new Octopi on my Raspberry Pi 3B. The Version I have downloaded is octopi-buster-lite-0.17.0.
But after flashing with Etcher I can't access to Octoprint.
RPi ist starting, config with language, keyboard, WiFi and so on is working.
Also SSH is possible.

But when I try to enter http://IP_OF_RPI nothing is coming up in the browser.

When I try this:

sudo service octoprint status

I get this:

Unit octoprint.service could not be found.

So what I'm doing wrong?

On the Pi:

ls -l /etc/init.d
ps -ax|grep haproxy
ifconfig
