OctoPi get undervoltage when i connect my C525

When i connect my Cam Logitech C525 an turn on the timelaps mode in octopi, then my octoprint show the untervoltage alarm

I power my Pi over the 5v pin on the motherboard witch is connnected to an converter (24v to 5v)

The octoprint run on a PI 4 Model B

Like USB power supplies, pins on motherboards also have a maximum amount of milliamps they will supply. Apparently, the motherboard cannot supply enough power to the Raspberry Pi.
