I have created an Octopi image on my Windows and then my Linux machines, but it’s not setting a config file to connect to the Wi-Fi. During the creation, I provided a SIDD and password, but I can't find a config file that contains that information. I am not able to access the octopi server using octopi.local, because it's not set up on wifi (the pi server)
What did you already try to solve it?
I have made multiple attempts to set up the Octopus OS from Windows and Linux. I have looked on both images for a config file that contains my Wi-Fi information, and it does not exist.
Have you tried running in safe mode?

Did running in safe mode solve the problem?
no
Systeminfo Bundle
You can download this in OctoPrint's System Information dialog... no bundle, no support, unless the reason you couldn't retrieve the bundle is your network issues

Additional information about your setup
Hardware you are trying to connect to, hardware you are trying to connect from, router, access point, used operating systems, ... as much data as possible
The way the pi imager handles this is through a firstrun.sh file during flashing. There have been reports of an errant hard return being added to that file. You can find more information about it over here:
Also, depending on the model, it might only support 2.4GHz WiFi.
