Octopi internal server error

After connecting the raspberry pi 4 to my ender 3 pro via USB to Micro USB cable, the octopi webinterface is no longer reachable due to Internal Server error

What did you already try to solve it?

Reinstalling octopi, reintegrating the pi into my network

Using a raspberry pi4 and an ender 3 pro, usb to micro usb cable, booting from an ssd

need to connect over SSH to the pi to debug. first step would be looking at the log file with command cat ~/.octoprint/logs/octoprint.log.

Already fixed the issue, connected the pi to home assistant before connecting the printer to the pi which led to the issue.
After reseting everything and first connecting the printer and then integrating it into home assistant everything worked
