What is the problem?

i installed octopi but when i go to octopi.local
is because the octoprint is not started and I cannot start it

What happens when you go to http://octopi.local or http://octopi?

Abhängig von der SD-Karten Geschwindigkeit kann der erste Bootvorgang etwas Zeit in Anspruch nehmen.
Üblicherweise aber nicht mehr als 1-2 Minuten

Depending on the sd-card speed the first boot can take a while.
Usually it's no more than 1-2 minutes.

It can sometimes take a little while before the octopi.local host name works, eg if there's a different ip address in a DNS cache. On windows it can help to flush the DNS cache with ipconfig /flushdns
