Octopi no longer accessable after network changes

What is the problem?
When trying to get my RPI to be accessable over the internet i ran into a problem. After port forwarding i wasnt able to connect to it. Found this guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dj21MqeQ9YI . After i rebooted the Pi when i try to access the server or SSH it just times out. Im thinking i must of messed up the network. How would i reset this?

What did you already try to solve it?
google searching to see if there is a way to reset it, cant find any good results

Logs (syslog, dmesg, ... no logs, no support)
Unfortunatley i dont have any

Additional information about your network
Is this something where i just have to restart on my octoprint install?

Portforwarding to your OctoPrint installation is a terrible idea. Read this:

Start over with a fresh copy of OctoPi, and don't do port forwarding. Seriously. This might sound like throwing out the child with the bathwater, but there is no way for us to know what you messed up (your words), so there is no way to know if the endresult will be safe again.

If you don't know how to do port forwarding with at least HTTPS instead of HTTP, do not use port forwarding because it will not be safe.
