OctoPi - No serial port found

Hello,

i have user OctoApp for Android for a while and changed to OctoPi today.
I have uploadet the Backup, connected the printer before boot and now octaprint says 'No Serial Port found'

I connected with putty and dmesg says:

At this point my linux knowledge ends...

can anyone find the issue here?
