OctoPi not streaming webcam video

So I got my Pi yesterday and I plugged in the webcam, but it seemed to not work.

Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W, on a USB hub, USB hub works (keep reading)

After some troubleshooting, I found that http://octopi.local/webcam/ would show a snapshot from my camera. This proves that the pi is receiving and transmitting the webcam footage from the camera to the pi/octopi.
But, the issue persists. if I got to http://octopi.local/webcam/?action=stream, it doesn't load. I do have the proper camera settings in the octopi.txt, I have the camera set to USB in the octopi.txt, I have tried using other plugins that show the webcam but they don't work. I've tried 2 reinstalls of the software and those didn't do anything! I have no errors for OverVoltage or UnderVoltage, in fact, no errors at all.

I did find out that the Control tab has the Webcam Stream Loading... message, and when I reboot the pi while I'm on the Control tab, it decides to show 1 frame of the video, then the pi turns off.

I have the latest version of OctoPrint.

Try to open http://octopi.local/webcam/?action=stream in the VLC Media Player (as a network stream).

If that works it could be that your browser and/or device can't handle the stream.
Try to lower the fps and/or resolution of your stream.
