Octopi on Ender 3 pro kills mid print

What is the problem?

New to Octopi/Octoprint. Have Octopi on Raspberry Pi 4 - 4Gb. Prints start but never finish. Ender screen says "killed". prints fine from SD card. received 1 error about firmware not reporting temperatures properly- not sure if it's related.

Camera server also doesn’t work.

What did you already try to solve it?

Installed Crealty Temperature plugin.
Safe Mode
All attempted print gcodes work fine from SD card but fail on Octoprint after approximately 30-45 minutes

Have you tried running in safe mode and if so did it solve the issue?

Safe mode did not solve the issue. but it did present differently. Ender Pro Screen didn't say "Killed", the print head just stalled.

Octopi version: Version 0.17.0, running on Raspberry Pi 4 Model B Rev 1.2
Printer: Crealty Ender 3 Pro
Firmware: not sure. Purchased printer about 2 months ago.
OS: tried from Win10 on new MS Edge (firefoxish one) and iPhone XR (IOS 13.7) with app. always same results.

Hello @Iferget!

It seems you have a EMI problem. There is maybe an AC, fridge or something high power device nearby that started that point the issue occurred.

Check for a good USB connection (short, thick cable with ferrite beads), the way the cable goes, proper condition of the cable. A good electrical ground/earth is also recommended. Also check the proper condition of the power supply you use for the Pi.

power supply is CanaKit, ordering USB Cord. Will update on progress.

Update: Replaced USB with 1ft thicker cord with ferrite. Same problem. Seems to happen consistently between 20 and 30 minute mark.

The errors still persist. Have you tried with Pronterface?
