Octopi to Ender 3 connection not happening

What is the problem?
I have Windows 10 using web to connect to my Octopi. I'm trying to connect to my new Ender 3. I don't know which file to edit on the SD card on the Pi in order to add the lines:

Serial Port: /dev/ttyUSB0
Baudrate: AUTO

What did you already try to solve it?
I added the above lines to the config file. Didn't work.
Logs (octoprint.log, serial.log or output on terminal tab at a minimum, browser error console if UI issue ... no logs, no support!)
I don't use Linux, so I don't know where the log files are.
Additional information about your setup (OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, browser, operating system, ... as much data as possible)
Downloaded and installed the latest Octopi today, 11 March 2020, (0.17.0)

You saw that this is a link to the documentation, right?

Changing monitoring state from "Offline" to "Detecting serial port"
Serial port list: []
Changing monitoring state from "Detecting serial port" to "Error: Failed to autodetect serial port, please set it manually."
Failed to autodetect serial port, please set it manually.

I had a bad mini USB cable. I swapped it out and it connected.
