What is the problem?
We've been using OctoPi some time now. The guys who set it up on a Raspberry PI device have left, and we currently have issues getting to it.
Something has occurred that has caused OctoPI to fail loading. The UI crashes, and becomes unresponsive. Seems like some stream of bytes is mismatching. Sometimes I just get a white screen, sometimes the UI loads but no logic works, i.e. nothing happens on clicking on buttons.
Using the Chrome Debugger, I see this error:
Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONTENT_LENGTH_MISMATCH
Our best guess is some failed update.
What did you already try to solve it?
Tried restarting the Raspberry PI.
We can ping the device, and it responds. So network connectivity seems alright.
I'm guessing the proper thing to do is to access the Raspberry PI, and look around there, potentially reinstall OctoPi... hoping that I keep the settings.
Additional information about your setup (OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, octoprint.log
, serial.log
or output on terminal tab, ...)
Can't really give you much on this... Only been using the UI, and currently in the inresponsive web view I don't see anything indicating any version number.
Tip! Include the version number in the tab header for easy accessability!
