Octopod account no longer active

What is the problem?

I renewed my subscription. My Octopod (iphone) no longer connects. Says "account is no longer a supporter". I can access my printer with my home computer but not with my iphone. It seems that my account requires activation on your end.

What did you already try to solve it?

Posted on octoeverywhere.com more than 24 hours ago. No response.
Posted on discord.com No response.
Signed out/in/out/in. No use.

OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, browser, operating system, ... as much data as possible

According to your Systeminfo file you don't use OctoPod. You use OctoEverywhere and that is a plugin with it's own website. You will get better help there OctoEverywhere - Free Access To Your OctoPrint, Klipper, & Bambu Lab Printers Anywhere
OctoPrint has nothing to with it.

Good. Followed the link and chose one of the other three apps. Now I'm back in business. Thanks.

And for the record, OctoPod is also a third party thing. Not related to OctoPrint.
