What is the problem?

My Octoprint has always started in safe mode

What did you already try to solve it?

Not much. I have scanned through the system logs but couldn't pinpoint what's the reason

Have you tried running in safe mode?

It's always in safe mode

Did running in safe mode solve the problem?

Nope

Additional information about your setup

OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, browser, operating system, ... as much data as possible

This is Octoprint runs on Windows

From the look of the logs it seems to just hang/crash with no error. So maybe it is properly crashing when trying to run in normal mode.

Try running OctoPrint manually from the command line to see if it enables it to startup, or if it lists an actual error. Run D:\OctoPrint\venv\Scripts\octoprint serve and see what the result is.
