Octoprint and Qidi X Pro

HI

I m waiting for my Qidi technology x pro dual extruder to arrive. I have searched everywhere but can find no reference to compatibility with Octoprint - Does anyone know I can use Octoprint with the Qidi technology x pro.

Hi @bearit641!

If it runs with the single extruder, there is a 99.9999999999% that it also runs with dual extruder.
The only difference are the dual extruder commands in the GCODE file. You just have to tell OctoPrint the number and the type of extruders.

Thanks - this is hopeful.... I will take a look and see if I can find a way to manipulate this setting....... Anybody got any suggestions...most appreciated.
