OctoPrint connection problem to printer

What is the problem?
I have this rPi 3B, and i am trying to connect with my printer.
I have trie a complete clean install with:
OctoPrint version : 1.3.10 + update it with to 1.3.11 via the web console.
OctoPi version : 0.16.0

Tryed to attemp connect to duet3D wifi board and a MKS Gen 1.4 board with no luck at all

i attempt connect and then under state it just write OFFLINE

What did you already try to solve it?
Have tryed:
Clean install 1.3.10 no updates
Clean install 1.3.10 + update 1.3.11
Clean install 1.3.10 no update + Malyan/Monoprice Connection Fix (0.1.1)
Clean install 1.3.10 + update 1.3.11 Malyan/Monoprice Connection Fix (0.1.1)

Additional information about your setup (OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, octoprint.log, serial.log or output on terminal tab, ...)

rPi 3 model B
OctoPrint version : 1.3.10 + update it with to 1.3.11 via the web console.
OctoPi version : 0.16.0

octoprint.log (62.6 KB)

serial.log (6.1 KB)

Looks like you are on 1.3.11 now, no extra plugins- which is good. I'd suspect (a) your USB cable (length? ferrite bead? have you tried other good-quality cables?) and (b) autodetecting baud rate. Select a decent baud rate and try connecting.

Here's more info on USB cable problems:

i have tryed 3 difrrent cabels, all with same results. and the MKS Gem 1,4 I have always controled with the octoPrint.

I i finde it more suitble to use OctoPrint Insterd of Duet3D´s version of octoPrint. that way i want to use octoPrint again

but i have orded a new 3b+ and checks that one in the next few days

@foosel any idea?

i have tryed 3 diffrent cabels and all 4 USB port

Uhhm - just curious: Your printer/board(duet resp. MKS) is powered on?
Do other USB devices run with RasPi USB ports?
