Octoprint connects, but GUI not displaying

I am running Octoprint on a Rasberry PI. From my desktop computer, I connect to the IP Address, and I get the GUI. When I connect from my Surface, I can connect, but I get a console looking interface. Has blue bars and black background. Looks like a low res interface. Still works with my mouse, but I want the actual GUI. Again, when I connect from my desktop computer, I get the correct GUI. On my Surface I get this sort of text interface.

What did you already try to solve it?

Not sure what to do. Been busy and have not connected in a month or so.

Have you tried running in safe mode?

Octoprint is not the issue, it is how it is displayed on my computer

Did running in safe mode solve the problem?

My Surface used to display just fine. I have not logged in a few months, and when I did, the display changed for the GUI. My other computer displayed the GUI fine.

I figured it out. I guess I enabled the TouchUI Interface. I disabled that setting the the GUI came back.
