Not entirely sure what this has to do with the topic on hand, but please open a bug report then as request on the release candidate announcement. Also we are already on rc3.

After a PI reboot now is working fine.
Now is printing
But I'm still unable to install bed visualizer plugin as reported previously.

Have you read the notes on the Bed Visualizer site?
When you are running Python 3 you have to install a certain package.
