Logs (octoprint.log, serial.log or output on terminal tab at a minimum, browser error console if UI issue ... no logs, no support!)
**octoprint 1.4.0, Creality Ender 3, Filament Sensor NG (1.0.2), I have 2 identical setups. One is fine the other not so.. Only real difference is that the failing one was installed from a later version of octopi **)
Some where around 10:26am today is when the job finishes. I then try to access the UI and I get some error telling me to SSH and trying to restart the octoprint service.
2020-03-10 17:42:47,509 - Changing monitoring state from "Operational" to "Starting"
And ended:
2020-03-11 10:26:31,536 - Changing monitoring state from "Finishing" to "Operational"
In the octoprint.log the end appears as:
2020-03-11 10:26:31,396 - octoprint.util.comm - INFO - Finished in 60223.888 s.
2020-03-11 10:26:31,400 - octoprint.util.comm - INFO - Changing monitoring state from "Printing" to "Finishing"

2020-03-11 10:26:31,537 - octoprint.util.comm - INFO - Changing monitoring state from "Finishing" to "Operational"
this is the normal way a print ends.
After about 50 minutes this the OctoPrint is restarted again.
Between these is nothing.
What plugins are installed and have you already tried in safemode?
Only 2 extra plugins: Filament Sensor NG (1.0.2) and Sidebar Webcam.. After next print job I will try disable them and test. However its the same plugins I have on my other octopi and that works well.
