Octoprint Disconnets during prints

What is the problem?

During prints 1.5+ hours, my octoprint will disconnect from the printer and stops the print

What did you already try to solve it?

Fresh install, changing the USB Cable

Have you tried running in safe mode?

Yes

Did running in safe mode solve the problem?

1 hour print ran fine without issues

OctoPrint Version 1.10.1
OctoPi Build 2024.05.14.100113 with "webcamd", based on OctoPi 1.0.0, running on Raspberry Pi 3 Model B Plus Rev 1.4
Wifi connection on RPi

What printer do you use? - I had similar issues with my Ender 3 V2 and it was in fact the USB-socket from the printer, which was relatively loose. I had to carefully bend the shielding from the socket to that it makes a good and strong connection without the plug wobbling in the socket.

I assume that you have covered the 5V on the USB plug so that the Raspi- and printer 5V are separated.
