What is the problem?

1 Octoprint goes to SAFE MODE all the time
2 and RPI Cam stopped working

Already came in mind that one of the 3rd party plugins may be broken?

Also, the Spaghetti Detective is obsolete and you are running Obico.

You may uninstall that

You are running Obico. You may not need AstroPrint.

Please avoid power cycling the Pi. This can lead to unpleasant results.
