I was looking to buy a rasperry py but I came to mind if it is possible to install the octoprint in android, more specifically in tvbox device, bought in china, will it be possible? as I have some here, for me it would be easier
Your life would be easier getting this installed on the Raspberry Pi 3B. I doubt if anyone has attempted to install OctoPrint on something like a Roku-type of streaming device.

You might try to install mjpg_streamer on one of those, connect a USB-based webcam and use that as a dedicated webcam server for your printer.
