Octoprint logfile

What is the problem?

I just upgraded to python3 with the upgrade script. I wanted to take a look at the starting octoprint (I manually stopped octoprint, and it's fair that I had to manually start it again). Anyway. the log has been showing as "very light gray" on my white background. Why is octoprint putting color-changing terminal codes in the logfile?

What did you already try to solve it?

Piping it to "less" doesn't help.

Have you tried running in safe mode?

Did running in safe mode solve the problem?

Systeminfo Bundle

"server is offline" is the last message I got in the gui.

It's running on an orangepi. That's why I don't (can't) use octopi.

Additional information about your setup

I was told the upgrade script would bump everything to the latest version.

You can just download the octoprint.log file and it shows the same info. The colours were added in 1.7.x but the light coloured logging has been fixed for 1.8.x.
