Sorry if this has been answered previously.
I understand the safety issues with the newer firmware, I am afraid of messing up my printer because I failed to install ADV1 3++ in the past.
Can I use Octoprint with a Raspberry with the original i3 plus firmware?
I have taken physical precautions with a "Fire Extinguisher Ball" and a smoke activated electric shut off switch.
Is there a preferred Marlin or Repetier firmware to work with Octoprint? I want to monitor the print remotely and shut off the printer if there are any issues.
