Octoprint server is down

when I went to access my octoprint server it cam up with this image

I cant access the server on my pc, and on my pi the server doesn't seem to be running running but still tells me that i can access the server through octopi.local, which also doesnt work

I tried a ps -A more command to find the server and it did not seem to be running i tried running the commands that were given on the image, but nothing worked

octoprint version 1.7.2 octopi version 0.18.0 no plugins

did you change the user account when installing from pi to anything else? If so, try it again and leave it as pi

no i didnt change it

kindly post the output of the commands shown above, content of octoprint.log, 'nothing worked' is not very specific.
