Octoprint server won't start after the first boot <b>RESOLVED</b>

What is the problem?

My Octoprint server will not start the web server after first boot

I Restarted Octoprint via SSH
I Restarted the System via SSH

I got kicked out of SSH when I tried to restart but couldn't get back in afterwards so I couldn't enable Safe Mode
Sytem Specifications
Raspberry Pi 3 (I think the B model)
8Gb Micro SD card

I'm running the latest version 1.10.3 (This is OctoPi rather than OctoPrint)

Have you tried to reflash the SD card?
Have you tried a different SD card?

I have tried reflashing it a couple time but not a different card let me try that. Thanks

Okay, I am refreshing this time to a 64 Gb Sandisk Ultra Card it is A1 rated

WOW. All I had to do was try a different card that is I am just suprised at this point that I overlooked that simple fix
