What is the problem?
not so much a problem as WIBNI (wouldn't it be nice if)
under settings, PLUGINS in the left column are nicely sorted
it would be nice if the PRINTER and OCTOPRINT sections could be sorted too
What did you already try to solve it?
looked at config.yaml
searched the forum
Logs (octoprint.log, serial.log or output on terminal tab at a minimum, browser error console if UI issue ... no logs, no support!)
