Octoprint Server is not active after touch ui installation on 3.5 inch screen. Pi is plugged in and has power.(no undervolage)
Have tried updating and upgrading packages, have also tried to verify that the server is running via ps -ef | grep -i octoprint | grep -i python
doesnt work.

Can you provide the octoprint.log so we can see if there are any errors from the last time it ran?

I have the same problem and I cant get the octoprint log. I get a permission denied respond.
This sounds typical of doing something like...
~/.octoprint/logs/octoprint.log
...(trying to run/execute it) instead of...
cat ~/.octoprint/logs/octoprint.log
...(trying to conCATenate it, in other words sending it to the console).
