You did not diasable the Fullscreen_Plugin.

You may disable that one manually too and try again.

I had a similar behaviour some time ago. I also could not update Octopi / Octoprint nor the plugins.

It was revealed that the SD card had become corrupt. I formatted the card, did a fresh install, restored my backup and all was fine again. The corruption did not come back so far.

Thanks, It has been flawless since removing SD card. I thought I needed it to save slicer settings etc, but no. All OK
