Octoprint thinks 1.9.0 is up-to-date, won't update to 1.9.1

I'm running 1.9.0. I got the announcement that 1.9.1 is out, but when I go to "Software Update", Octoprint says I'm already up-to-date and won't give me the option to update to 1.9.1.

What did you already try to solve it?

Force check for update didn't help.

Have you tried running in safe mode?

Yes.

Did running in safe mode solve the problem?

No.

I had to upload it to my Google Drive because it's 8MB in size. haproxy.log is 8.6MB and tornado.log is 5.6MB.

OctoPi Version 0.18.0, running on Raspberry Pi 3 Model B Plus Rev 1.3

Never mind, forcing a reboot by logging in via ssh (rebooting via the menu failed) fixed this problem.
