Pallette 2 S Pro

What is the problem?
When I print from the SD card on my Pallette it prints great. But when I print from Canvas Hub the print doesn't send over the amount of filament necessary to finish the print.

What did you already try to solve it?
I have reset the Pallette 2 S Pro. I have reset Canvus Hub
Additional information about your setup (OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, what kind of hardware precisely, ...)
I use Octoprint through Canvus Hub

@King2k afaik the Canvas Hub uses a custom plugin on top of OctoPrint from Palette themselves.

Have you reached out to their tech support? It sounds like an issue with the plugin not communicating with the Palette properly...

Yes I did. They told me to post a topic to this forum. I have the pallette plugin installed.
