octoprint.log, serial.log or output on terminal tab at a minimum, browser error console if UI issue ... no logs, no support! Not log excerpts, complete logs.)

OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, browser, operating system, ... as much data as possible
so this is the third time i have setup octo print on my system first time worked great then ran into an issue with login, so i wiped the sd card and reinstalled, had an authentication issue so i deleted the .ssh file in my computer and was able to let me connect to the octopi. now it wont accept the default password
