Pi Cam not working

Hi,
my pi cam not works. I receive the message: " Webcam stream not loaded"

Camera model:

Raspberry: Raspberry PI 2
Software: OctoPrint 1.3.12 running on OctoPi 0.17.0.

Service status:

pi@octopi:/etc/systemd/system $ sudo service webcamd status

Service log:

pi@octopi:/etc/systemd/system $ cat /var/log/webcamd.log
cat: /var/log/webcamd.log: No such file or directory

I just bought it, so I'm not sure if it's a software or hardware problem.
