Pi Camera streaming problem

What is the problem?
My Pi Camers is correctly detected by my raspi Zero

pi@octopi:~ $ vcgencmd get_camera
supported=1 detected=1

BUT the control screen stay blocked at webcam stream loading screen.
Can anyone help?

What did you already try to solve it?
I tried to put the mke next to the router cause i thought it might have been a problem of connectivity.
I also tried to activate/deactivate the camera from raspi-config

OctoPrint version : 1.3.6
OctoPi version : 0.15.0PE

mmal: mmal_vc_component_enable: failed to enable component: ENOSPC
mmal: camera component couldn't be enabled
mmal: main: Failed to create camera component
mmal: Failed to run camera app. Please check for firmware updates

i dont understand what is teh component missing or failing in creation.
