Pi 4b 4GB, Genuine Pi Cam v2. Everything was working fine prior to 1.9.0 update.
Getting the error "The webcam server is currently not running" page

PiCam doesn't use USB
Did you upgrade only octoprint or did you install Octopi 1.0.0?
Full logs as the link in the form would sho you how to collect would help
i used Pi Imager over a year ago to install OctoPi/Print (whatever sorry dont really know the difference). Been running great for ~16months. it popped up last week to do the 1.9.0 update and now my cam doesnt work. is the official Pi Cam connected with the flat ribbin cable.
I habe exactly the same problem.
Is there any help available?

I'm sorry but "exactly the same problem" doesn't tell us much. Do yourself (and us) a favor and start a new get help topic. Put the effort in to filling the template with as much detail about YOUR configuration including YOUR logs.
Did you edit the /boot/config.txt file with the correct dtoverlay= setting?
