OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, browser, operating system, ... as much data as possible

pi4 newrst verion, ender 3 pro

It's loading fine for me, this is typically related to network issues on the pi, either DNS isn't configured properly for name resolution or the network is blocking the pi from connecting to the internet.

SSH to the pi and run cat /etc/resolv.conf and make sure the nameserver(s) listed are valid.
