Plugin-Update causes IR Sensor to fail

What is the problem?
Got OctoPrint : 1.3.11 installed. For a few month now any attempt to update any of the listed plugins causes the printer to missbehave HOME and UBL leveling the Bed. After updating - doesn´t matter which one of the plugins - Home and UBL will be done OK when started directly on Printer Menu. Homing and Bed-Leveling started form Octoprint causes the printhead to hover about 20 mm above the bed while doing the normal homing and bed leveling movements.

The plugins offering updates and causing misbehavior after installation are:
Bed Visualizer
Display Layer Progress
Exclude Region
Firmware Updater

But I don´t thing it´s a special plugin at all. Guess it´s something in the update process itself.

What did you already try to solve it?
Installed any plugin one by one - after each update progress the problem is there. Going back after each attempt by an disk image of complete Raspi SD Card.

Version 1.3.11
JG Aurora A5 with SKR 1.3 Mainboard
Marlin 2.0 beta

Didn´t get the reason for this behavior, but a workaround.

Did place an UBL Off Command at the beginning of Start-G-Code. And UBL ON at the very end of Start-G-Code. M28 inbetween somehow didn´t deactivate UBL any more and got that additional offset from wrong UBL Data anyhow.
