OK, I consider this issue resolved. Clocked down, disabled OctoLapse, very reliable now.

Problem seems solved with the latest dev of octolapse (but it require octoprint > 1.3.7 if I remember well)
You must install octolapse maintenance or dev manually )
What settings did you change to clock your 3B+ down? I'd like to follow suit.
He likely went back down to 1.2 like the 3B (from 1.4)
