Print stops octoprint not connecting

What is the problem?

mid print the printer just stops and sit there with full heat on nozzle and bed. no communication to octoprint only on SSH if I try on Google chrome it just write Octoprint currently not running
when I check python in SSH "ps -ef | grep -i octoprint | grep -I python" nothing happens.
I need to restart raspberry before I can connect to octoprint web again

What did you already try to solve it?

New raspberry, New power supply, New SD card, New Ethernet cable, New USB cable.

No

when the connection lost it write I can try this in SSH to see python but there happens nothing in SSH when I write this in ps -ef | grep -i octoprint | grep -i python
Can this help some one?
