Good day,
Today I installed Dockers on my Raspberry because I wanted to use Home Assistant and Octoprinr. but when I installed and set up octoprint I got the error message: No serial port found, are you sure your printer is physically connected and supported? Try reloading and if that doesn't help, please read the FAQ.

why does the error message appear?
and how can I fix them

Have you correctly mapped the usb port in your VM ?

Do you start the container via a command or via docker compose?
How does the command / the compose file look like?
