What is the problem?

Printer keeps halting needing a reset.
The screen says killed: Printer halted please reset

What did you already try to solve it?

Tried extending the time timer and using a new cable and switching out all end stops, thermistor and heater

OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, browser, operating system, ... as much data as possible

Printer is an ender 3 pro
running marlin sk3 mini board
octopi is on a raspberry 3B+

You need to create the system info bundle and upload it. Otherwise we are just guessing.

In the logs the only clue to an issue is this:

2022-10-01 03:17:21,564 - No response from printer after 3 consecutive communication timeouts, considering it dead. Configure long running commands or increase communication timeout if that happens regularly on specific commands or long moves.
2022-10-01 03:17:26,643 - Changing monitoring state from "Operational" to "Offline after error"
2022-10-01 03:17:26,671 - Connection closed, closing down monitor

This happened after 15 minutes after finishing the print job.

But why the printer halted is not mentioned in the logs.

The printer just gave to communicate.

Another thing:

Please avoid to restart the Pi by power cycling it. That can lead to bad results.
