Printer halts after I send a parameter to 3D Printer

Hi all;

Sorry for my poor English,

I have a Alfawise U10 printer and I connect it to Rasp. Pi3.
Without any problem, I can connect via Web browser but when i try to send a command
Printer LCD goes crash then displays a tempreture error and halted.
Do I need to change the firmware of printer ?
How can I save the current stock firmeware ?

What exactly is the error that is displayed on the LCD screen?

Can you provide the log file from OctoPrint? You can find it in Settings -> Logging -> octoprint.log
