I just installed octoprint on my raspberry pi 4 and my ender 3 (2018) printer is not detected.
What can I do to resolve the problem?

First: Do not delete the template! Stick to it.
Important informations are missing. We only can guess.
Check USB connection, enable serial port in OctoPrint settings, and ensure the printer's firmware supports OctoPrint.
