Printer won't disconnect from Octoprint

What is the problem?

Octoprint will not stay disconnected. I do not have "Auto-connect on server startup" checked but it does so regardless. When I click disconnect in the Connection panel it disconnects and immediately reconnects.

What did you already try to solve it?

Not sure where to begin for this. Tried running in safe mode, and spot checking the logs, but I don't know what I'm looking for exactly.

Complete Logs

octoprint.log, serial.log or output on terminal tab at a minimum, browser error console if UI issue ... no logs, no support! Not log excerpts, complete logs.)

Additional information about your setup

OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, browser, operating system, ... as much data as possible

OctoPrint: 1.5.3
Printer: Prusa MK3s
Firmware: 3.9.2
OS: Raspbian buster
Browser: Chrome 89.0.4389.114

Many 3rd party apps will try and connect to the printer automatically themselves. I know OctoDash and OctoScreen do, OctoApp (android) does as well. Do you have 3rd party apps configured?
