Prusa MK3 Fan error

I have done a lot of printing without problems with older setup.
Im now getting a lot off FAN ERRORs from extruder fan and print just stops
Im using latest official prusa firmware and latest prusa slic3r to do my gcodes.
My octoprint is also latest Version 1.3.10
Version 0.15.1, running on Raspberry Pi 3 Model B Plus Rev 1.3

Im sure that my fan cables are ok.
I have done issue investigation, started fans, done a lot of cable bending, pulling and at all positions and there is absolutely no issues.
Fan is spinning and give proper rpm signal all the time.

So i have no clue how to fix it, but i finally got this thought that octoprint may be the problem.
So i started printing from SD card the SAME gcodes without ANY problems at all.

Any thoughts?
