What is the problem?

bigtreetech PSU control is not working anymore.
after I upgraded the octoprint to latest firmware I have been experiencing all kinds of issues, the two most outstanding are filmanet run out and auto power shutoff are no longer functioning as they should.
i am not using octoprint PSU cotrol plug in and never had any issue with auto power shut off.
I am wondering if the new octorprnt firmware has anything to do with problems I am expeirencing?

What kind of hardware precisely, OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, browser, operating system, ... as much data as possible

OctoPrint is a software not firmware, and it's doubtful that this would have changed in the latest versions or we would have heard about it by now. You sure you didn't update your printer's firmware?

I see in the log that there are pause for user items recorded, which would more than likely be your filament runout scenario.
