PSU Plugin download error

Hi ! I want to download the PSUControl plugin but it does not download. I downloaded all my previous plugin from an uploaded archive and everything worked. When I try to download this one, it doesn't work.
This is the error I have: Retrying (Retry(total=4, connect=None, redirect=None, status=None)) after connection broken by NewConnectionError(<pip._vendor.urllib3.connection.VerifiedHTTPSConnection object at 0x75dd32f0>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 101] Network is unreachable,): /simple/rpi-gpio/

For infos, I have the latest version of Octoprint, my RPI is connected to my printer but I didn't connect anything on the GPIO pins so far.

You might try connecting an Ethernet cable to your Pi and trying again. This could be an error in which your Pi—via wi-fi—can't see the Internet.
