What is the problem?
Python EOL Warning, needs to be updated
What did you already try to solve it?
I updated Python to the latest version a few months ago and it has been working good since then with updates.
Have you tried running in safe mode?
No need to, there must be a glitch somewhere
Did running in safe mode solve the problem?
N/A

So does that mean I need to update it again?
It means whatever you thought you updated didn't actually update to the latest. If you used OctoPi image that would be OctoPi version 1.1.0, which bundles Python 3.11.
OctoPrint 1.11.x is the final OctoPrint version to support both Python 3.7 and 3.8. OctoPrint 1.12.0+ will require at least Python 3.9.
I'd wait a while. You have 3.9.2 which should be good through 1.12.
