Python EOL Warning...But?

What is the problem?

Python EOL Warning, needs to be updated

What did you already try to solve it?

I updated Python to the latest version a few months ago and it has been working good since then with updates.

Have you tried running in safe mode?

No need to, there must be a glitch somewhere

Did running in safe mode solve the problem?

N/A

Additional information about your setup

OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, browser, operating system, ... as much data as possible

Octoprint ver: 1.11.3 System info: Build 2025.04.22.094030 with "webcamd", based on OctoPi 1.0.0, running on Raspberry Pi 3 Model B Rev 1.2 Printer CR10 Mini, Browser Firefox, Windows 11

What version are you talking about?
Lastest can be different within hours.

Your octoprint.log reports V 3.9.3

| python:
| pip: '22.3'
| version: 3.9.2
| virtualenv: /home/pi/oprint

So does that mean I need to update it again?

It means whatever you thought you updated didn't actually update to the latest. If you used OctoPi image that would be OctoPi version 1.1.0, which bundles Python 3.11.

OctoPrint 1.11.x is the final OctoPrint version to support both Python 3.7 and 3.8. OctoPrint 1.12.0+ will require at least Python 3.9.

I'd wait a while. You have 3.9.2 which should be good through 1.12.

Sorry B-Morgan, I didn't see your post until I had updated.

I updated and now showing the following:

Octoprint 1.11.3 Python 3.11.2 Octopi 1.1.0 (Build 2025.09.09.113029)

Nothing to be sorry about :heart_eyes: Gratz on being up-to-date!
