What is the problem? Webcam stream not loaded
What did you already try to solve it? Make sure it is connected properly (camera lights up so check), connect via SSH to see if webcam server is reporting any errors (access denied)
Logs (/var/log/webcamd.log, syslog, dmesg, ... no logs, no support)
Additional information about your setup (OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, ...) Octoprint Version 1.8.6, Octopi Version 0.18.0, running on Raspberry Pi 3 Model B Plus Rev 1.3
