What is the problem?

I am unable to enable the custom image preferences, I keep getting this error.

" Unable To Enable Custom Preferences

An unexpected error was raised while testing custom image preferences for the 'Raspberry Pi cam' camera profile."

What did you already try to solve it?

I tried following the video made by formerluker on youtube but no avail. Not sure where I have made a mistake.

Logs (/var/log/webcamd.log, syslog, dmesg, ... no logs, no support)

Additional information about your setup (OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, ...)

I used the guide that is available in Octoprint and it worked for me.

I'm using an Ender 3 V2 with a RaspberryPi 4

  1. Go to the Octolaps tab and click on the pencil next to your Webcam (Image 1: Imgur: The magic of the Internet )

  2. in the window that opens, scroll to the bottom and click on the question mark next to the checkbox for enabled (Image 2: Imgur: The magic of the Internet )

  3. Another window will open. I simply followed the instructions on this page and it enabled custom image preferences. (Image 3: Imgur: The magic of the Internet )

Hopefully, that is of some use.
