I'm having this problem as well in June 2020. It seems like my Octoprint Camera no longer has the red light like its not being powered on. I've tried 3-4 different configuration options with no luck yet.

Same, the camera is not working. Any thoughts?

There is a boot menu for your Raspberri Pi, I had to access that and turn it on. Has nothing to do with Octoprint. No idea how it turned off through any process.

This didn't fix my issue. It was already enabled, so I disabled, rebooted, and then enabled it again, rebooted and I still cannot see my camera stream in OctoPrint.

I was able to get it working. I found the following document

It turns out I needed to update the base OS on the pi. I thought by updating OctoPrint I didn't need to update the base OS, but this fixed things for me.

I use ppty to log into the pi via a terminal did a sudo apt full-upgrade and after a reboot, the camera is now working.
